  • Where is EuroSmash Festival taking place?
    The festival is at Woolwich Works in London. The address is The Fireworks Factory, 11 No. 1 Street, London SE18 6HD
  • What time is the event taking place?
    On Saturday May 4th, doors will open at 1:30pm. Last entry will be 5:30pm, and the event will close at 10:30pm.
  • What's the best way to get there?
    Woolwich Arsenal (Elizabeth line) is just 4 minutes away, while Woolwich (DLR) is 8 minutes away. There are also a large number of bus links nearby.
  • Do I need ID?
    Yes, EuroSmash is an 18+ event so please remember to bring your physical ID. We cannot provide refunds for guests who forget their ID and are refused admission.
  • Can I bring my own food and drink?
    We can't allow people to bring their own food and drink but we have a great bar and an array of food options available. Sealed water bottles 500ml or under are allowed, as are empty refillable water bottles.
  • Do you accept cash?
    Although some vendors may accept cash on site, most will be card only.
  • Can I bring my bags in with me?
    Bag checks will be in operation and only small bags will be permitted on site.
  • What is the process for access patrons?
    - Guests with access queries when booking can contact tickets@woolwich.works for assistance. - The venue is fully flat for access. If you require access to a dedicated viewing area, email hello@agileprods.co.uk and we can arrange access. - The Main Stage features an infrared hearing assistance system. - If you require a PA ticket this can be booked at the same time as your own ticket. To do this, access patrons can sign up for a free Woolwich Works access membership and avail of their free PA ticket when booking their own.
  • Is Blue Badge parking available?
    There is some limited parking in the area, if you contact tickets@woolwich.works the team will try to assist you.
  • Are there discounts for local residents?
    Residents of the Royal Borough of Greenwich can register for a local resident membership at Woolwich Works. This gives local residents the ability to buy tickets without booking fees.
  • Are dogs allowed?
    We can only allow assistance dogs on site.
  • Can I bring professional recording or video equipment with me?
    No, we can't permit recording of the performances.
